319 InSight utilizes Amazon Web ServicesThe 319 InSight Cloud Enterprise provides the highest levels of scalability, reliability, and security to corporate compliance departments.  The 319 InSight Cloud is built on top of Amazon e2c, providing for levels of assurance and technology that are typically not available by standard cloud providers.

The network utilizes high performance elastic load balanced server instances.  Elastic load balancing automatically distributes incoming application traffic across multiple instances within the network.  Elastic load balance provides full fault tolerance for 319 InSight Applications, seamlessly providing the amount of load balancing capacity needed in response to incoming application traffic.  Elastic load balancing detects unhealthy instances within a pool and automatically re-routes traffic to healthy instances until the unhealthy instances have been restored.

All instances utilize secure SSL configurations to the outside world, with load balancing across a minimum of two server instances.  All resources employee elastic IPs, allowing for the rapid re-assigning and upgrading of resources as demands dictate for security, reliability and performance.

The 319 InSight Cloud's fault tolerance is provided by both advanced technology within the Amazon e2c, and our proprietary technology within the load balancing – dynamic monitoring and dynamic reconfigurable elastic IP technology.

All networks use Elastic Block Storage (EBS) – fault tolerant redundant virtual drives.  Each EBS volume is automatically replicated within its availability zone to protect from component failure, offering high availability and durability.  EBS volumes offer consistent and low-latency performance needed to run even the most demanding workloads.  EBS can be scaled up as demands require within minutes.

All data at rest and during transfer to and from resources within the 319 InSight Cloud Enterprise are fully encrypted, assuring data security and protection.  Connections to and from client internal networks are fully secured and protected by a common schema agreed on between the customer and 319 InSight.

Full platform backups are run daily on a 7 day schedule during low activity times.  Backups include both data and applications, allowing for rapid re-deployment of resources, if needed.  Backups are stored off-platform, assuring no loss of data in case of platform interruption.  All data stored in the backup is fully encrypted.

Robust employee Single Sign On (SSO) solutions are implemented on a customer-by-customer basis, typically via a Microsoft Active Directory ADSF trusted connection.

319 InSight's contact create / update technology allows for the secure and reliable transfer of contact data from internal corporate systems (HR, CRM, ERP, etc).  This technology has been architected to allow for a trusted source to deposit contact data to achieve the construction and updating of contacts.  This technology eliminates the need to create open firewalls in your network, while assuring only the secured trusted source can connect.

The 319 InSight Cloud Enterprise employs continual monitoring to watch and measure resource utilization levels, and to identify early faults prior to any event.  This establishes the highest levels of uptime possible.  Proprietary data logging and rebuilding is also employed to confirm all data sets updated since the last backup can dynamically be rebuilt from the point in time of backup to the point in time of any event.

Network and Application security testing is performed on a continual basis, assuring that all potential risks are engineered out of the 319 InSight Cloud Enterprise.

319 InSight’s proprietary reconfigurable architecture allows for custom configurations for each customer to solve their specific needs, while confirming they are always running on the exact same platform and version as all others.  This enables the highest possible levels of reliability, security, and performance.

Platform patch and upgrades are done either real-time within process, or at a scheduled time with each customer.  Patches that may require a short period of time to bring the portals and resources offline are coordinated with the customer and fully managed by 319 InSight.  All customers gain continual upgrades to the platform such as enhanced functions, bug fixes and security updates.
